Wallet to Bank: How to transfer funds from my EcoCash Wallet to my bank account?  Dial *444# and enter your pin to access their EcoCash menu Go to Option Banking Services Select Option Wallet to Bank Transfer Enter the amount that you wish to transfer (e.g. 2000 for 2000 Bif)  From there, the following message will appear on your screen: Select Bank Account: e.g. 1.FINBANK  You will see a notification on your screen advising you of how much you have said you wish to transfer and the bank account number you wish to send to. From there you can either Select Option 1-Confirm or Option 2-Cancel the transaction. If you approve the transaction, a confirmation message will be sent to you.  Keep these confirmation messages as reference and only dispose of them when you are certain that you no longer need them.

You will have to confirm with your bank if it is going to charge you for sending money to your EcoCash account

Last 3 Transactions: How EcoCash transactions I have been making using the banking service?  Dial *444# and enter you pin to access your EcoCash menu Go to Option Banking Services Select Option Account Statement From there, the following message will appear on your screen: Select Bank Account: e.g. 1.FINBANK If you approve the transaction, a message will appear on your screen showing you the last three transactions for your account. *There is currently NO charge for this type of transaction

Balance Check: How do I confirm my bank balance via the EcoCash service ? Dial *444# and enter your PIN to access your EcoCash menu Go to Option Banking Services Select Option Balance Enquiry From there, the following message will appear on your screen: Select Bank Account: e.g. 1.FINBANK From there you can either Select Option 1-Confirm or Option 2-Cancel the transaction. If you approve the transaction, a message will appear on your screen showing you your bank account.
